You have a 14-day right of return for our products, and it also applies to sale products.

We ask that you handle the products with care before making a purchase decision. You can open the package and try the product:

  • Avoid any contamination of the product
  • Do not remove product tags
  • Keep the original product packaging

The condition for a full refund is that the product is returned in its original condition, fully salable. In this case, the product to be returned must be unused and clean.

Returning:

With the order, you will receive a return form to be attached to the return,
as well as an address card with which it is easy to send the return to us. The return should primarily be sent via the same transport company that you used when placing the order.

Ask for a receipt for your return!
Lost shipments will not be refunded without a receipt.

We will refund your return once it has been received at our Warehouse and inspected. The refund is made using the same payment method you used when placing the order. Delivery costs for paid delivery methods are not refunded.

The return package must not be the same size as the shipment you received.

Return instructions:

1. Check that there is no hair, dander, etc. dirt in the products you are returning, and pack the products neatly and carefully in transport-resistant packaging. Do not tape the inner packaging (clear bags/shoe boxes, etc.)!

2.
Fill out the return form you received with the order and include it inside the return package. Without a return form, the return cannot be processed.

3. Glue the barcoded return address card that came with the package on top of the package so that the old address information is covered. If you don't have a return address card, contact us at kaskapalvelu@bigoliver.fi

You can create an Easy Postcode on Posti's website > Return the package. You need the original delivery ID for the Helposticode.

Return as Posti package is only allowed if you used Posti's delivery method when ordering!

Shipments delivered by post can also be returned via Matkahuolto.

  1. Select Send on the parcel machine screen.
  2. Scan the barcode on the return address card according to the on-screen instructions. Select Accept.
  3. Choose a compartment of the right size for the package (S–XL) on the screen. The door of the selected compartment opens automatically.
  4. Leave the package in the compartment and close the compartment door.

Important information about Returns

Multiple Returns

All products to be returned must be sent as one package (even if you return/exchange products from several orders at the same time). The actual cost of additional returns will be deducted from the refund payable in full.

Denial of refund

According to the law, the Buyer is responsible for the reduction in value if he has put the product into use.

We will not issue a full refund for hairy or otherwise dirty returns. The product to be returned must be in perfect resaleable condition.

If the product has eg odor, secretions (e.g. dandruff/sweat), hair, or is very wrinkled, we will deduct 25-100% of the product's value from the refund. Underpants and socks will only be refunded if the packaging is unopened / the product is completely flawless, this is how we ensure the hygienic quality of the products.

Please do not remove the product tags if you decide to exchange/return the product. We interpret that the product has been put into use if the tags have been removed (depreciation 50-100%, 100% for underwear and socks).

Return of quantity discount/package products

Products must be returned/exchanged in full. For incomplete returns, the difference between the normal unit price and the limited discount price will be refunded. Insufficient packaging will not be refunded.

Special promotions

Promotional prices are only valid during the promotion period. If you return the product you bought from the sale campaign and order it again in a different size after the campaign, the price valid at the time of order will be charged for the product.

Return packaging

The product must be neatly packed in a transport-resistant package, e.g. the package in which you received the shipment. The product's own clear inner packaging is not enough! 

The package must not be the same size as the shipment you receive.

Inadequate packaging may result in partial or complete denial of refund. We do not refund packaging materials purchased by the customer.

Do not tape/staple the clear inner packaging. Taping/riveting slows down return processing significantly.

The binding nature of the instructions

Note! We reserve the right not to accept returns other than those made with our contract code / in accordance with our terms and conditions.

If you used a delivery method other than the previously mentioned delivery methods for the return, or if you returned a shipment ordered through another transport company through another transport company, the actual delivery costs will be deducted from the refund to be paid. The actual delivery costs differ from the costs we charge.

Make an agreement with us separately if you need to change the provider for the return.

Refunds

Refunds are paid using the same payment method that the customer used when ordering. You will receive an updated invoice from Klarna in your email. If you place a new order, you will receive a new invoice for it, and only the delivery costs and the value of the products you keep or the return fee will remain to be paid from the old invoice if it remains to be paid within the terms.

Complaints and damaged shipments

Shipping damage: If the package you receive has been damaged in transit, report the damage immediately at the office where you received the package. In addition, report it to us at kaskapalvelu@bigoliver.fi.

Defective product: Any product complaints must be made in writing to the address kaskapalvelu@bigoliver.fi. The complaint must be made as soon as the error has been detected. If it is possible to take a picture or pictures of the error, you should attach them to the complaint to speed up the processing of the matter.

Always contact our customer service first before sending the product back to us!

Please note that the right to claim does not cover
- damage caused by improper or excessive use of the product
- damage caused by sweat or other secretions
- normal color emission caused by new fabric - damage caused by
using the product or washing it incorrectly
- damage caused by external factors such as rubbing, sharp objects, or chemicals 
- damage caused by discomfort caused by the model or material of the product (e.g. rubbing, sweating, mismatch, fit)
- pockets that can be opened

Unclaimed packages

According to the Consumer Protection Act, not picking up the order or refusing to receive the shipment (sending it back without opening the shipment) is not sufficient notice of cancellation, but the return must always be accompanied by a return form or a free-form letter stating the subscriber and the order number.

An average of €20 is charged for a package returned undelivered, which includes the delivery and return costs of the shipment. If the same customer does not pick up the package more than once, the customership will be terminated.

Notice of cancellation

We do not require a separate notice of cancellation. A customer return in accordance with the terms and conditions is accepted as a cancellation notice in its own right.

If your order has not yet been processed/sent, you can cancel it by informing us by email.

Consumer protection

If we cannot reach an agreement on the matter, the customer can also contact consumer advice. After this, the matter can be processed by the Consumer Disputes Board. The matter can also be left for ODR to resolve.
